Art Affair Software - Purchase Options
We are now offering
competitive upgrade pricing for
users of competing art business management software. We can
also provide a conversion service
to convert your data from your current software to Art Affair.
Also new is a Payment Plan
to make it a little easier to afford.
If you would feel more comfortable paying us
directly, we will gladly accept personal checks, business checks
and money orders via mail. Please
email for mailing instructions. You may also pay via mail, fax
or phone using Regsoft.
You may use either Paypal or our own payment
processing company (Regsoft) to purchase Art Affair. Paypal does
not require that you have an account with them to pay! Both accept
any major credit card and are completely secure. In addition
RegSoft accepts personal or company checks and money orders along
with phone, mail and fax orders.
Once you have made payment through either of these
services, you will receive a license key via email. If you have
not already downloaded Art Affair you can do so before or after
you purchase it. Once you have the license key, simply enter
it in the screen displayed when you start the program and your
set.
Art Affair software and our free inventory manager Art Organizer
are both Windows based. They run under windows 98, 2000, 2003, NT,
ME, and XP.

Starving Artist Option - Payment
Plan!
It's often hard to afford an investment in business
software especially if you're just trying to get going as an
Artist. In an effort to help you facilitate things we have decided
to offer a payment plan which will enable you to make three
smaller payments instead of one large one. It's works very simply.
We charge a service fee of $11.00 and no interest. You make the
first payment of $60 at time of purchase and then 2 payment of $45
over the next 60 days (2 months), for a total payment of $150.00.
This is an agreement to purchase the software in full, and since a
free 30 day trial is available at no cost, no
payments are refundable should you change your mind. You will be
given a license key good for 60 days. If the payments are all
made, at the end of 60 days (or whenever the payments are
complete, whichever comes first) you will be sent your permanent
key. It's easy and quick and you can pay in any way already
indicated above. The payment plan is not available with the
competitive upgrade price.

Competitive Upgrade!
We are now offering a competitive upgrade for
people who currently use a different product to manage their art
business. If you currently use Jewelry Designer Manager, Artlook,
Working Artist, eArtist or another similar product you can receive
a 30% discount when purchasing Art Affair. We require some proof
of purchase of the competing product such as a copy of the invoice
or sales receipt or a photo or scan of the original CD received.
Other proofs may be acceptable. Please
email us and attach the proof of purchase. We will give you a
link to a special purchase screen to receive the discount. Please
email with any questions.

Data Conversion Service
We may be able to convert the data you
currently have entered into a competing product or
spreadsheets/databases you have done yourself. This process
usually requires considerable manual entry hence we have a minimum
charge of $50 for this service. However, some
vendors go to extremes to hold their customers data captive. In
these cases, extraction of the data may be more difficult and will
require a higher fee.
Many times, vendors password protect data files and
don't provide export functions. If it's not possible to extract
the data from your current software, we recommend that you first
contact your current software vendor and request that they provide
a way to extract your data in an easily usable format. This is
highly recommended in any case, because if your vendor went out of
business and no longer supported or upgraded the software you use, you would
at some point need to extract your data into something else that is
supported.
If this fails, the last option is to re-enter your
data, we can also help with this and the fee would depend on how
much data you have and how it is organized in your current
