Donation program!

We are now donating 10% of each sale to a great innovative non-profit organization called "Donor's Choose". The Donor's Choose program facilitates funding of educational projects at schools. Basically, teachers submit requests for funding for particular projects that their school districts are not able to fund. Starving Artist Option - Payment Plan!

This is not your typical installment agreement. There is no credit check and no hassles. It's works very simply. We charge a service fee of $11.00 and no interest. You make the first payment of $60 at time of purchase and then 2 payment of $55 over the next 60 days (2 months), for a total payment of $170.00. This is an agreement to purchase the software in full, and since a free 30 day trial is available at no cost, no payments are refundable should you change your mind. You will be given a license key good for 60 days. If the payments are all made, at the end of 60 days (or whenever the payments are complete, whichever comes first) you will be sent your permanent key.

If you have trouble making a payment just contact us and we'll work it out. If you decide not to continue payments, that's fine also. No one will call you, no one will hassle you in any way. If, at a later date, you'd like to continue the payments, just let us know and well send you an extension key to use while you do so.

The payment plan is not available with the competitive upgrade price or any other discounts.

Special Competitive Upgrade pricing introduced!

We are now offering a competitive upgrade for people who currently use a different product to manage their art business. This discount applies to Art Affair Artist Edition only. If you currently use Jewelry Designer Manager, Artlook, Working Artist, eArtist or another similar product you can receive a 30% discount when purchasing Art Affair. We require some proof of purchase of the competing product such as a copy of the invoice or sales receipt or a photo or scan of the original CD received. Other proofs may be acceptable. Data Conversion Service introduced!

We may also be able to convert the data you currently have entered into a competing product or spreadsheets/databases you have done yourself. This process usually requires considerable manual entry hence we have a minimum charge of $50 for this service. However, some vendors go to extremes to hold their customers data captive. In these cases, extraction of the data may be more difficult and will require a higher fee.

Many times, vendors password protect data files and don't provide export functions. If it's not possible to extract the data from your current software, we recommend that you first contact your current software vendor and request that they provide a way to extract your data in an easily usable format. This is highly recommended in any case, because if your vendor went out of business and no longer supported or upgraded the software you use, you would at some point need to extract your data into something else that is supported.

If this fails, the last option is to re-enter your data, we can also help with this and the fee would depend on how much data you have and how it is organized in your current software. Feel free to contact us for an estimate any time

Art Affair software is looking for artists to feature on this site. We would like to showcase your art along with a link to your site (or other contact information) and a short artist bio. We are interested in all art mediums and types. You would need to supply a photo of your artwork and any information about you and your artwork that you'd like viewers to see. We are currently increasing our advertising on the web and your work will be seen by more and more viewers as time goes by.
